Director of Operations
Jose Ramos is the operational heartbeat of Antigua Restaurant Group. As a dedicated millennial leader, he brings a fresh, intentional energy to hospitality, focusing on the human side of service just as much as the logistics.
Jose actually grew up in this industry and has been part of the family business since day one. Even though he spent time gaining valuable perspective in the financial world, his true passion for bringing people together ultimately brought him right back home. Today, he channels that dual expertise into his role as Director of Operations, guiding cross-functional teams and elevating the brand to a whole new level of modern hospitality.
When you work with the team at The Tennyson, Jose is the powerhouse behind the scenes making sure everything runs beautifully. He coordinates the staffing, the flow, and the tiny operational details so you can completely unplug and enjoy your day without a single ounce of stress. Known for his contagious joy and natural ability to rally people together, Jose leads with a presence that fills the room and a heart that ensures every guest feels like family.

Rosibel Solis
Senior Sales Manager
Rosibel Solis has been part of the Antigua Restaurant Group story since 2008, growing alongside the brand for most of her adult life. As a millennial leader, she brings a fresh, client-first perspective to hospitality; blending modern trends with the deep-rooted family values and work ethic that built ARG.
Even when exploring other professional paths over the years, Rosibel’s heart never left Antigua; she always stayed connected, supporting the team and keeping her hands in the craft she loves. Since joining the management team in 2010, she has become a beloved, trusted face for staff, clients, and longtime community regulars alike.
Today, Rosibel leads the sales team at The Tennyson, where she focuses on making couples feel genuinely heard, organized, and completely taken care of from day one. Known for her incredible follow-through and infectious energy, she treats every client like family, consistently going above and beyond to bring your unique vision to life without the stress.

Gabriela Parra
Event Producer
Gabriela “Gaby” Parra is the definition of a natural host. For Gaby, hospitality is not just a career track because it is exactly who she is at heart. She brings an unmatched blend of vibrant energy, effortless style, and meticulous care to every single event she touches.
Gaby’s deep roots in the food scene come from a real, hands-on background. Gabriela is pursuing her degree in Baking, and we couldn't be more excited for her.
Gaby is bringing her incredible work ethic and eye for detail to The Tennyson as an Event Producer.

Carina might seem a bit quiet when you first meet her, but she is incredibly dynamic, warm, and deeply loved by her team for her genuine heart. When she is running your event, she works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure the service flows flawlessly. Her ultimate goal is to give you total peace of mind so you can completely relax, celebrate, and spend your night on the dance floor.

For Chef Nicolas “Nico” Ramos, great food is all about connection. As the co-owner of Antigua Restaurant Group alongside his wife and co-founder, Citlali, he has spent nearly two decades perfecting a signature blend of warmth and flavor. Now, he is bringing that exact same passion to The Tennyson as the culinary lead.
Nico is an award-winning chef with a reputation for delivering memorable meals that genuinely stand out. His ultimate goal is to craft a dining experience so spectacular that your guests are still raving about the flavors long after the final toast.
Leading a talented backend team, Chef Nico approaches every event with a deep sense of pride and purpose. When you hand your wedding menu over to Nico and his crew, you are partnering with professionals who care about your day just as much as you do, allowing you to relax and enjoy every single bite.

Citlali Mendieta is the founder and driving force behind Antigua Restaurant Group and The Tennyson. With nearly 20 years in hospitality, catering, and events, she brings leadership, creativity, and a deep love for service to every celebration. As a CPCE-certified event professional, Citlali is known for building experiences rooted in food, culture, care, and strong execution.
